    PocketPass was once a very fine Internet payment system from PocketPass.com, Inc. and used to be located in Sonoma, California, USA.

    Through an unfortunate reverse merger, its website was gutted, its products destroyed and people abruptly terminated by an unreliable investment group. The new company is called SVC Financial and trades on the Pink Sheets under the symbol of SVCX.
